Apparently the campaign in America's Mitten worked, as Mitt Romney won the Michigan primary yesterday with 39% of the vote.

On the Democratic side, the state was stripped of all of its delegates for violating party rules. Because Michigan scheduled their contest before February 5 (only Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada and South Carolina are allowed to do so), the state was punished.
Hillary Clinton was the only candidate who did not pull her name from the ballot, which resulted in a decisive win against that other party juggernaut, Uncommitted.
