On May 19 I posted about a bill introduced by Pennsylvania state senator John Eichelberger that would ban same-sex marriage in the state. Now, state senator Daylin Leach has introduced legislation that would legalize it as well as recognize same-sex marriages performed elsewhere.
Said Leach: "There has never been a more propitious time for Pennsylvania to
embrace equality and enshrine the civil right of all Pennsylvanians to
marry."
