In order to generate some original online content, OUT magazine is focusing on itself and what happens at the magazine in a new video channel called "Team OUT Today" which goes behind-the-scenes at the magazine, following editor-in-chief Aaron Hicklin, Fashion Director Grant Woolhead, and others as they put together the magazine's "Hot List issue".
Having worked at a gay magazine I know it can become a bitchfest at times, so here's hoping they're brave enough to include some of that.
