Futurama was recently resurrected from the grave of network cancellation and new episodes now air on Comedy Central. Thank God for that because otherwise we wouldn't have seen last night's take on marriage equality. The episode, titled "Proposition Infinity," takes on "robosexual rights" and features George Takei. There's also a hysterical spoof (my favorite so far) of last year's embarrassing (for them) NOM ad. One character refers to the spot as full of "stock footage of clouds."
Favorite quote: "If robosexual marriage becomes legal, imagine the horrible things that will happen to our children. Then imagine we said those things, since we couldn't think of any. As a mother, those things worry me."
