University of Michigan's student body president Chris Armstrong will have to wait for a potential protective order against Andrew Shirvell, the Michigan assistant attorney general who protested outside of Armstrong's house because he's gay.
The hearing has been delayed three weeks and will take place on October 25th.
Meanwhile, Shirvell faces a disciplinary hearing once he returns to Mike Cox's office from his leave of absence for the homophobic blog on which he called Armstrong "Satan's representative" on the campus congress.
