New York State Comptroller Tom DiNapoli lends his voice to the New Yorkers for Marriage campaign.
Watch, AFTER THE JUMP…
Former GOP Senate Majority Leader Joe Bruno reiterated his support for marriage equality during an interview this morning with Albany's Talk 1300 radio station, the NY Daily News reports:
“That's kind of where I came down, was civilly, with a right for people to have equal rights. It really comes down in my mind to equal rights for everyone because there are certain benefits that accrue to people who are united in marriage. So yes I support it, I think the time has come and I think that people have a right for their own expression.”
Earlier today, NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg gave a sweeping powerful speech at the Cooper Union urging passage of marriage equality.
Will he stop giving money to Republicans who don't support it?
