Road Outfest award winners announced…

RoadAlliance Defense Fund vows to legally help any NY clerk who quits over marriage equality.

Cruise RoadTom Cruise belts out showtunes on hotel balcony.

RoadHow Bachmann lost a young conservative: "Signing a pledge that says he and others chose their sexuality, your husband's equating homosexuals with barbarians, and attempts to pray out of one's sexual preference are shortsighted and show your naivete about winning the presidency."

RoadGay tourism on India's radar: "Customised packages — everything from yoga, spiritual, weddings, honeymoon or even surrogacy tours — are the main attractions for foreign gay tourists to India."

RoadJustin Bieber, wedding crasher.

RoadNeil Patrick Harris to star in marriage equality film? "It all started with a joke. We were on break on the set of How I Met Your Mother, and Jason Segel was Google Imaging me to find that one shot of me on a unicorn. Instead, he happened upon a picture of me holding a double-barrel shotgun. I don't even remember when…anyway, he showed it to Allyson Hannigan, and she said, 'Hey, it's a homo with a shotgun!' I guess she had just seen the trailer for [the Rutger Hauer film] Hobo with a Shotgun, and thought it was a cute riff. Next thing I know, somebody from Dimension [Films] is on the phone, and we're getting $20 million in funding from the State of New York to develop the picture. Amazing."

RoadAdam Lambert and boyfriend Sauli Koskinen go to the movies.

Sal RoadStills from James Franco's biopic of Sal Mineo.

RoadDays of Our Lives isn't the only soap turning up the gay interest: "My attention turned back to the daytime serial, AMC in particular, I am confounded that flying under the media gay-dar until recently, is the latest in a line of lesbian(?) relationships for AMC's 'Bianca Montgomery', the gay daughter of uber-diva, 'Erica Kane'. "

RoadColdplay's "Every Teardrop is  a Waterfall" gets a Chew Fu remix.

RoadMale Model fix: Leo Vlasic-Klasan.

RoadMTV True Life: 'I'm trying to be straight'.

RoadCommunity Board denies liquor application to iconic NYC gay piano bar Pieces: "Community Board 2's SLA committee voted last night to deny the eighteen-year-old venue its application for a liquor license at the new spot when its lease runs out on Christopher Street. Operator Eric Einstein, who had gathered 4,000 signatures supporting his application, had left NYU's Silver Building by the time the committee voted around 11:15 p.m. in a seventh floor classroom, resolving to send the app before the full board next month for another hearing."

Avenger RoadOlly Moss is a poster boy wonder.

RoadMurdoch whistleblower found dead…

RoadLeesburg, Virginia homeowner holds anti-gay, anti-Muslim garage sale: "all are welcome to the moving sale / garage sale except for LGBT people, illegal immigrants, and muslims, anyone else is warmly welcomed! no drama, terrorism, or illegal transactions with non-US citizens / illegal immigrants / people taking jobs away from people who belong and are legal in this country is desired."

RoadKate Middleton gets high marks, invitation from The Queen.

RoadQVC cancels Jane Fonda appearance after pressure from groups opposed to her Vietnam anti-war stance: "I was to have been on QVC today to introduce my book, “Prime Time,” about aging and the life cycle. The network said they got a lot of calls yesterday criticizing me for my opposition to the Vietnam War and threatening to boycott the show if I was allowed to appear. I am, to say the least, deeply disappointed that QVC caved to this kind of insane pressure by some well funded and organized political extremist groups. And that they did it without talking to me first. I have never shied away from talking about this as I have nothing to hide…Bottom line, this has gone on far too long, this spreading of lies about me! None of it is true. NONE OF IT! I love my country….."
