Now that the Supreme Court has decided on dates to hear Prop 8 and DOMA cases, our Ari Waldman takes a look at the standing questions that the Supreme Court will have to review. Surprisingly, a new poll put out by a Christian polling group says that only 37 percent of those asked believe that homosexuality is a sin. Progress!
Former NFL player Wade Davis, who recently came out of the closet, talks about being gay in the NFL and who will be the "Jackie Robinson" of gayness in pro sports. In an attempt to fight the hate coming from the Boy Scouts of America, a dad in Brooklyn has started a scout troop that is open to everyone.

CNN's Carol Costello and Wayne Besen of Truth Wins Out laid into Peter Sprigg from the Family Research Council during a discussion about Louie Giglio stepping down from the Inauguration.
