End Times preacher Jonathan Cahn has said apocalyptic calamities are in store if the Supreme Court strikes down the remaining state bans on same-sex marriage
End Times preacher Jonathan Cahn (above, left) has said apocalyptic calamities are in store if the Supreme Court strikes down the remaining state bans on same-sex marriage, reports Right Wing Watch.
Cahn, a messianic rabbi who has linked LGBT rights to the September 11th, 2001 terrorist attacks, was talking to the editor of birther wingnut rag WorldNetDaily at the National Religious Broadcasters (NRT) convention.
He connected the possibility of a future with marriage equality throughout the U.S. with the 1973 ruling on abortion rights, saying:
“Within one month of Roe v. Wade, that Supreme Court decision with abortion, the financial realm collapsed, led to a global recession, the same year America lost its first war in modern history or ever in Vietnam.”
Watch Cahn's fear-mongering nonsense, AFTER THE JUMP…
Not to be outdone in the wingnut competition, wannabe HGTV stars Jason and David Benham told the NRT convention that the cure for homosexuality is baseball tickets.
