Men's Fitness is starting the year off right with their January/February 2016 issue featuring a wet, sexy Matt Bomer gracing the cover. Bomer discusses his workout regimen in the issue and how he likes to start his day with meditation rather than a strenuous workout:
“It's what I do to keep myself sane. Everyone needs a reset button so you can start your day without anxiety. For some people it's running, for some it's going to the gym. For me it's meditation.”
However, those chiseled abs don't come with just meditation. Bomer credits his “accountability partner”, Magic Mike XXL co-star Channing Tatum, for getting him into peak physical condition for XXL.
