Katy Perry Put Herself on Display at the Whitney Museum and Freaked a Few People Out: WATCH

In another bid to propel her single “Bon Appetit” up the charts, Katy Perry decided to do some performance art and install a live version of her album cover at the Whitney Museum in New York City.

Perry put her head on a platter and elicited some strange looks from perplexed museumgoers.
