The U.S. House of Representatives will take up and vote on articles of impeachment against Donald Trump for a second time on Wednesday at 9am, one week after the president incited his supporters to attack the U.S. Capitol in order to stop certification of his opponent Joe Biden's presidential election victory. Members of the House are scheduled to convene at 9 am ET.
