Miley Cyrus Tries to Shock by Lighting Joint at MTV EMA Awards: VIDEO

The MTV European Music Awards were held last night in Amsterdam and Miley Cyrus tried to 'spark' controversy while accepting her award for "Wrecking Ball" by lighting up what we're all supposed to assume is a joint (legal there, of course).
