A little Quiet on the Western Front
You'll have to excuse my lack of posts today (although I hope Ryan softened the blow a little...) but I'm in the midst of an incredibly busy week of shoots. It's a case of all good things coming at once. I just finished my last shoot, so tomorrow, I'll be Sir Postalot for my final day as your guest editor!

Hi Lewis!
You rock! Have you ever done an article or anything on your process? I would love know what kind of camera you use, lighting, etc etc. So much of your work appears to be natural light, but at the same time the shadows are so soft and beautiful.

Ryan did not 'soften' anything. He had the opposite effect.
You should shoot some photos of Andy.

I hope this is the last time Andy tries to use a "guest editor." It would have been better just to let the site go on vacation for a week.

I think that's a bit extreme. While we haven't enjoyed nearly as many entries as when Andy is regularly posting, I've enjoyed the stuff that Lewis has brought to the site.
I think it's certainly better than just having nothing happen here for a week.

I echo Toby's interest. I am curious about the technical aspects of your photography. What aperture settings do you favour if at all when shooting portraitures? I check your site regularly - can't wait for the new stuff!

Jesus, I'm ashamed to be on the same site as some of you! Lewis agreed to add this tremendous technical responsibility onto his already crowded plate, and in return he and Andy get a bunch of ungrateful whiny bitches.
Lewis and Andy, thanks for thinking of us and caring enough to keep us occupied this week. You guys rock!
