Henry Rollins: I'm Not Gay

Former Black Flag frontman Henry Rollins has told Ohio's Free Times that he's not a homosexual: "This rumor that I was going to come out of the closet was hysterical. I have nothing against an alternative lifestyle, but I’m not gay. There was this rumor that I was going to come out on CNN or on MTV with [VJ] Kennedy. Like I’m going to come out to a Republican."

  1. I think the Beasties would guess him gay. He's currently writing for Vanity Fair, column titled "Straight Talk Espresso". So I checked out a video from his latest "spoken word" tour - he just throws out "sashimi"...
So if he's not homosexual, he definitely screaming metrosexual - not that there's anything wrong with that...
Gotta toss in the lame Seinfeld quote - about as funny, relevant, and fresh as Henry is these days.
    Washed up biznatch.

    Thank you, you win.

Rollins ahead of his time talented, seems to be cool with his awareness of male and female traits and displaying high emotional intelligence doesn't make you gay.
I see an artist and advocate.

Wish and hope for the day, discussing whats under my neighbors personal bed linens, becomes the equivalent of taking the green grapes or the red grapes...

  3. Henry is bi-sexual beyond a shadow of a doubt. But perhaps he and tattoo guy Henry Hate who he met at Silverlake's finest leather bar were just sleeping in the same bed and NOT having sex. The song LIAR was the most truthful song he ever did. I know because of his father he has not come out but it could really help people. Really. And he's not doing music anymore anyway, why not?
