  1. "Tom Cruise isn't just at the cutting edge of Scientology as a cultural trend, he's the blade." Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!

  2. Yeah, he's a nut. But his career has been spectacular. Maybe it was early childhood drugs, or "closetry" can drive some men crazy. I don't know. All those Scientology folks seemed "peculiar" ...remember that movie "Invasion of the Body Snatchers"?

  4. Ya know - if Tom Cruise and his cult cronies have their shit so together with their all-knowing authority why aren't they taking their bullshit tech tools and SP crap and fixing the real serious problems with Islamic extremism throughout the Middle-East and Europe?

Put up or shut up Scientology cretins!

  5. David: they won't "fix" a thing unless people pay to take all those courses. Scientology is one of the few (only?) religions where your access to the secret inner teachings depends solely on your bank balance. Poor people needn't apply.

  6. "Do you know what I'm saying?"

    Uhhh...no.

  7. Could someone tell me why we care about TomKat and his weird breathern???
Why has it prompted half a page of posting???
Personally, I'm quite happy in the knowledge that T.C. isn't one of us and have no fantasy dreams of his being gay.

  8. Cruise's rambling delivery and claims of all-powerful knowledge are reminiscent of Charles Manson, another Scientologist.

  9. OK, so I think Scientology is nutso. But honeslty, if you were to substitute "Scientology" for "Christianity" in this video (I only watched #4), it wouldn't seem so strange. Don't most religious kind of believe the same thing: that they have all the answers and that their particular creed is the path to peace, hapiness, etc.? I was really expecting to be more shocked by the video, given all the press. But I didn't find it shocking at all. Just another religious person yammering on about how their religion is the one true source of all that's good in the world. We all know already that TC was a pretty hard core scientologist, so why so surprised that he apears in a video talking like a hard core scientologist. I don't get it.

  12. who is the guy talking about TC and the award ???

    Posted by: johnboy | Jan 17, 2008 2:08:39 PM

  13. This guy is so taken by himself, it was only a matter of time before he started believing that he's Master of the Freaking Universe. It's no wonder Scientology is becoming so popular with these ego-driven movie stars. It seems to affirm to them what they already know, that the world actually does revolve around them.

  14. How do these scientologists delete these videos so quickly...that's some beehive!!

  15. He's not gay, he's BATSHIT CRAZY!!!!

  16. If one chooses to study these damaged and deluded closetologists addicted to their regimes and dogmas is one then a factuoscientologyologist?

  19. Darb, you almost have it right. It's fundamentalist in any religion that are scary, and all religions have fundamentalist. Not all Christians are fundamentalists. Cruise is clearly a fundamentalist.
