Towleroad Guide to the Tube #225

JOHN KERRY: Endorsing Obama, John Kerry quotes MLK: "The time is always right to do what is right." Move seen as slap to former running mate John Edwards.

ASK HILLARY: Clinton releases video in which she answers questions from young voters.

CONSERVATIVE CATFIGHT: Pat Toomey and Tony Perkins argue over whose candidate is more liberal.

SANDBACH RUGBY CLUB: Male bonding. I featured a link to this a while back, but it's worth revisiting (NSFW).

  1. Andy, you can link to that video of The Sandbach Rugby Club as often as you want.

  2. A thousand thanks for the clip of the Sandwich Rugby Club. It certainly does appear that England is quite far ahead of America in obliterating homophobia. Between this clip and "Torchwood," I am ready to move to England NOW.

  4. I don't know what to make of the Rugby players. I mean, is it male bonding or male bondage? Same thing, I guess. I'll discuss it with "THE QUEEEN" and JORDAN, they'll help me.

  5. Mark Simpson, the Brit writer who coined 'metrosexual' and 'sporno' - and also starred in an ActiveDuty video - has some funny things to say about the lads of Sandbach Rugby Club:

  6. Proof yet again of the old adage; "...are they gay, or just British?"

  7. When I was in the military, I used to say in the US Army it's Don't Ask/Don't Tell. In the British Army it's Don't Ask/Can't Tell.

  9. Andy I agree with the other guys, show that clip as often as you please, I missed the first time, must have been out of town.

Kerry endorsement? The clueless, spineless, boring twit cost us four more years of Bush. I voted for this idiot and watching him now is like watching paint dry. One more reason Obama's change thing reads false. Kerry is as far from change as you can go. I can't wait until he puts his foot in his mouth again and Obama regrets picking up the phone for that one.

Hillary continues to be the one I will go with. There are more reasons to go with her than Obama. Least of all that the polls in NH said what I've said for a long time. America is a racist state. They will vote for a woman before a man of color.

The GOP clip. Priceless to see them eat each other alive.

  10. andy, thanx for the rugby link. i hadn't seen it before either. oh, the wonderful exubrance of male youth. too bad that most of them will much too soon be married and saddled with a wife and kids and the concomitant, nettlesome, spirit-draining responsibilities of straightjacketdom. pardon my infixa-tion.

  11. Interesting that they only have one guy speaking in the whole Hillary video. I wonder if that was intentional.
