Perhaps the most random red carpet moment last night occurred when a possibly inebriated Gary Busey decided to partake of Ryan Seacrest's interview with Laura Linney and Jennifer Garner, eventually helping himself to Garner's neck. The funniest part is that Garner didn't even know who Busey was, referring to her attacker as "this man."

Where was Garner's husband Ben Affleck? He was f**king Jimmy Kimmel.
