DISGUSTING: Quadriplegic dumped from wheelchair by Florida deputy who didn't believe he was handicapped. The deputy has not been terminated, but has been suspended without pay pending the outcome of an investigation.

JOHN MCCAIN: Anyone who worries about how long we're in Iraq does not understand war.

MADONNA: Her first TV interview regarding her directorial debut Filth & Wisdom. Clips of that are here. And the first REVIEW.

CELINE DION: Thumb powers — activate!

  1. Everyone who was witness to the incident in the sherrif's office in Tampa should be fired immediately... either for participating, or for not reporting it. Period.

  2. Yep, anyone who isn't for a 100 year war in Iraq doesn't get it. This old man is so out of touch with the real world, its not even funny. But, then again, didn't he use a racial slur to describe his captors? I guess he is living the lost Vietnam war in his nightmares and has Saigon confused with Baghdad.

  3. Good Old Uncle Festus er John! Still trying to win the VIETNAM War! Sure, let's needlessly slaughter a few hundred thousand more while bankrupting the futures of kids he'll never see. After all, that's worked SO well for us in the war against terrorism so far. Maybe those are Saddam's WMDs bulging from his left jaw. Maybe he's got Osama cornered in a Capital Hill restroom being guarded by Sen. Craig!

Does any OBJECTIVE person seriously believe that Sen. Clinton would not grab his arthritic whiter than white boy legs in a debate and make a wish about the outcome of the November election and have it come true?

Obama would do it, too, even I concede, though I think he'd have to pull harder and wouldn't be very good at doing the job he'd win that way.

  4. So many clips, so much to not digest.

Is it any wonder Florida is responsible for Bush? The fat slob laughing should have a group of disabled folk throw his sorry ass down a flight of stairs, with the bitch falling next, now that I'd laugh at.

The most frightening thing about McCain, this country is stupid enough to elect this clown. See above post. Phone call Sen McCain, it's the army, they want you to go back to Vietnam.

Madonna, poor poor Madonna. Go back to making music, no wait that sucks these days too. I know, beautiful children, that you do well. Oh and taking directing advice from your husband Guy, not a good idea, well the clip shows that.

And Celine, the best for last. Who hit you in the head lady? Or was it a fall down the stairs head first?

  5. Wow. I'm truly horrified by that video of the man in the wheelchair, and the attitudes of the cops. How truly degrading to another human being. Nice to know they are "investigating" the incident. I'm sure they'll fine nothing wrong, blame the victim, and go about their day. All that over a traffic violation?

  6. dammit, why can't tampa ever make it to national news for something nice? it's always "pride displays banned in public libraries," "naked man mauled by alligator while smoking crack in a swamp," "deranged meth-addict steals salvation army kettles, drives car into hillsborough river," "paraplegic man dumped from wheelchair at local police precinct."

    it's getting old.

  7. Patrick, Madonna's music does not suck these days. Her last album was a huge critical and commercial smash worldwide, and I have faith that her upcoming album with Timbo will too, TKS.
