Optical Illusions on the MTA

Improv Everywhere, creators of the Grand Central Freeze and the spontaneous food court musical, recently filled a New York subway car with identical twins and recorded the reactions of riders who boarded and were surprised to see a mirror image riding alongside them.
Watch it, AFTER THE JUMP...

I adore this group.
I wonder how they managed to get an entire row of seats on a crowded train.

Wonderful. That young Latino guy laughing at the end was beautiful New York City trade. Maybe I'll meet him in Central Park.

@ PAUL R: They boarded the 6 Train at the Brooklyn Bridge end... they were the first ones (twos?) to board, and had only one instance of a 'non participant' sitting amid them. Their solution? keep the seat opposite that non-participant empty.
Such a fun, brilliant, inventive group. Love 'em!

I would for sure think something was up with my meds and call my shrink (while also flipping the fuck out) but thank god I don't ride the subway.
