Ashley Todd the Scariest Mask Yet This Halloween
Wonkette reports on a pumpkin which suffered the same attack as lying McCain volunteer Ashley Todd.
Todd's sick story was a small but satisfying victory against the racist scum which have perpetuated the hate in this election cycle. Jay Bookman at the Atlanta Journal Constitution notes: "So much of that story was unbelievable from the very beginning, yet certain people wanted to believe it so badly that they ignored all the warning signs and launched into full battle cry. Andy McCarthy at the National Review’s Corner responded with a post so embarrassing he has now taken it down so nobody can see it."
Below, clips of Brian Williams and Rick Sanchez reporting on the McCain campaign's steering of the incident to his political benefit. Sanchez calls out FOX and other outlets for carrying the story. The third clip shows the amount of time that FOX devoted to this false story. The fourth clip is a viral clip that went around over the weekend.

NBC Channel 11 in SF is pushing a bogus No On 8 “vandalism” story. The perpetrators supposedly sprayed No On 8 on a Garage Door and on the rear window of a pick up truck in different colors of paint and easily removed (the truck only had its window painted it didn’t get on the painted part of the truck.) Sounds like something the Yes on 8 morons would do for attention.

Within a second of seeing the photo with a backward B on the woman's face I suspected she was mentally ill. It is inexcusable that law enforcement leaked this story. The first responders that did not adequately interview the "victim” should be severely reprimanded. I feel badly for the girl. Law enforcement should have protected her in much the same way they intervene when someone is trying to commit suicide. Tragic.

The McCain campaign couldn't feed this "Birth of a Nation" style white supremist narrative to the media fast enough.
It's willful race-baiting. It's typical. But it's all the Republicans have to offer, really.
Lastly, I cannot afford the luxury of empathy for the sectarian criminal Ashely Todd.

At heart, this election is really about the Old Guard clinging to its waning power and wanting to convince young people to adhere to all the McCarthyite paranoia of the '50s that's been warmed over by the Neo-Con fanfare. Most young people are past that. This is a girl all too-keen on furthering the lies of her fathers, and like all Daddy's Girls, she's been undone by her all-encompassing need to be patted on the head and told what a poor little darling she is.

She notified the media herself BEFORE she called the false report into the police. She isn't a poor anything, except a poor liar. She is a bigoted moronic little bitch and now that she's going to be a felon, she's going to be a non-voting bigoted moron. She's from Texas, they still lynch black men down there (http://www.finalcall.com/artman/publish/article_5348.shtml). I'm sure little miss C-You-Next-Tuesday was sure that the cops would believe her stupid helpless white girl story about being attacked by the Huge Vicious (N-Word) without question. Fortunately, Philly cops saw right through this dumb twat.
