I Found a Costume for Earth Day
In Dutch artist Levi van Veluw's new series, he recreates two dimensional landscapes in 3-D, on his head. Pretty trippy stuff.

This is no time for fluff pieces.
So, this stuff shows up on my screen, and I have to SCROLL DOWN to see anything about Prop 8, or major national protests coming up this Saturday, November 15?
Andy, I hope you will hold off on fluff pieces until after a less sensitive ("second Stonewall") period. The stakes are too high.

Fluff? I read towleroad for a wide variety of interesting news and images - Prop 8 news is good to read, but we had Prop 2 here in Florida and although we are still fighting hard - We need more in our 'mental' diet then one issue 24/7

Fluff is needed in times like these. But, I wouldn't consider great time and art to be considered "Fluff".

What happened in Florida is way worse that in California.In Florida Prop 2 prohibits even civil unions.Gays are excluded from having a legal relationship in any form, shape or manner.Excludes any type of union.What gays have to do is stop cleaning after the straights and stop being foster parents to kids made by straights.In todays world gays can have children by many means without even having sex.Lets us gays have some pride and let straights take care of their own.Anyway in Florida gays cannot adopt so fostering takes you nowhere and if the State wants it it can take the child away from you.What you have then is nothing from sorrow.FLORIDA GAYS BOYCOTT FOSTERING KIDS MADE BY STRAIGHTS UNTIL FLORIDA GIVE US OUR CIVIL RIGHTS.
