McCain Booed for Saying Obama Respects the Constitution

At an Arizona town hall on Tuesday, John McCain was booed for saying he believes that Obama respects the Constitution. If you'll remember (and how can you forget), McCain and Palin's campaign stops were the genesis of the angry mobs we now see at health care town halls.

And here's more from DailyKos on Michelle Bachmann, Tom Coburn, and Chuck Grassley. It just keeps getting uglier.

  1. @Attmay and RB, the government has a long history of propping up companies considered too big to fail. Goodness, the last semi-transparent one occurred under George H.W. Bush, during the savings and loan crisis that was partly caused by...McCain and the Keating 5, as well as one of the president's sons! And under George W., Cheney made certain that Haliburton (where he'd been CEO and still held millions in stock in a "blind" trust) and its various subsidiaries were awarded billions in no-compete contracts that lacked any trace of transparency. Not to mention Blackwater and its contracts, which seemed to have one provision: "Don't follow the law."

I think the Bushes were Republicans, weren't they?
