One of the mystery still unsolved is "where the heck did the lawyers obtained the tape". Prejean herself isn't that dumb to hand it over to them..=) Apparently, The Donald got the last laugh of this story. Money once again wins!

no, it's not blackmail. the pageant showed proof (her being videotaped nude) that she lied/breached contract in order to become Miss California to begin with. Therefore, she has no legal grounds to sue the pageant for being fired as Miss CA. Therefore, she drops her suit. This is not complicated.
