Watch: New Footage of Haiti Presidential Palace Being Hit by Quake
Newly-released CCTV footage taken as the Haiti earthquake struck shows scenes within the presidential palace as staff tried to find ways to escape. The video was released at a conference in the Dominican Republic on the future of Haiti.

In a strong earthquake, you can't run. It just throws you to the ground if you try.
The killer in Haiti was the design and quality of construction.
