Found the novel boring. Can't imagine wanting to see a film of it.

Just finished the novel; for two days I was part of the circus. Terrific piece of writing. I was concerned about Pattinson as Jacob; he seems too young in the Twilight films. But Reese Witherspoon and Christophe Walz are in it, too. I want to see it.

Is "working his elephant too hard" what the kids are calling it now?

Great book, especially for those who've cared for their parents when they got sick; hope the movie does it justice.

Loved the book enough to send it to my father, but the trailer has scenes that don't seem to appear anywhere in the book---mainly the well-dressed leads at dinner and such, which I don'r recall at all. Am I wrong?
