Senate Bill 4022 to Repeal 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell' Introduced


Senator Joseph Lieberman has introduced an referred a stand-alone bill to repeal "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" and referred it to the Armed Services Committee, records show.

If you're in Washington, D.C. head over to the rally in front of the Senate at noon today.

Also, if you're in Chicago, there is a DADT rally happening at noon at Federal Plaza.

And if you're in Miami, there is a rally happening at Miami Beach City Hall at 3 pm.

  5. Yeah, I, too, thought it didn't have to get the committee's approval. If it does, how in the hell is that gonna work in the few remaining days of this lame duck session? C'mon, Senate, get this bill approved and then get it over to the House where Speaker Pelosi is promising its passage.

  7. the biggest by opponents is losing troops, so now is the time for gay troops to take a stand
    let them know what they lose by not repealing
    DADT. we all have a lot to lose. let's see if the senate can get something done for a change.
