Watch: Shirtless Male Acrobats Perform for Pope Benedict

Acrobats

The Pope and his Vatican groupies got a male strip show yesterday.

Russia Today writes: "A usually staid weekly Papal audience was spiced up this week with an acrobatic performance by a troupe of topless men. The four performers dressed in white suits walked across the stage towards the Papal throne and surprised the Pope by whipping off their shirts before beginning an acrobatic performance on Tuesday. The Pope looked on as the men hoisted each other into the air, one on top of the other, three high."

And the real shocker is, they're above the age of 12!

The video, AFTER THE JUMP...

  4. Well, they are a LITTLE closer to being age appropriate than what priests usually go for. That's something, right?

  5. Stop reading gay into the beauty of the male form. You're like perverted straight guys at a cheerleader's convention. No better.

  6. Kids, don't try this at home!
(Leave it to the Pope and his buddies to do, in closed quarters.)

  11. it's not gay. don't put your own fears or secret desires on this. that's one of the things wrong with the world as it is. could they have worn a shirt? maybe but generally when you see that type of act, be it all male or male female, the guys don't wear shirts. get over your issues people. if it had been hot chicks this wouldn't be an issue.

  13. From the looks of the wicked eyebrow and chest waxing on those guys I doubt they minded the implications of the situation in any way.

  15. @bucky: you're hilarious!
but seriously, this clip was definitely weird and a bit creepy. c'mon, the pope looks like a leering ghoul. and the troupe with their catwoman assistant is at least mildly inappropriate in appearance for a Vatican performance. i say this as a recovering roman catholic.
the commentary here is positively funny and terrific! cheers!
