  1. This just proves more and more that the GOP is the party of Theocracy, not Democracy. He wants to turn us into a Christianist run country, not unlike Islamic run countries.

  2. The best evidence that there is no gawd is that a chicken-fried clot has not already stopped the fleshy heart of this cretin.

  3. I think the really big news here is that god gave "us" this country. I thougt "we" took it away from the Native Americans.

  4. Mike doesn't know his own followers. They love to make loud noises as long as it doesn't cost them anything.

Give up their jobs? Not even for God himself.

  6. And is Huckabee going to forsake his 'job' to become a spiritual warrior? Give up his source of income to go rail against the evil ways of man? Oh wait... His job IS asspiritual warrior. How convenient...

  7. He's getting to be quite the porker again.

  8. Mike Huckabee for Head Mullah!! He has successfully ignored the last 260 years of the grand American experiment in secular government, seeking openly and as a good (if pudgy) Christian Warrior to make the United States of America into a religiously-ruled caliphate. (Because that model, only with another Boss, has worked SO well for Iran, Afghanistan, and Saudi Arabia. Allah Akhbar! (oops! meant to holler "Praise Jesus!")

  9. This jack-ass needs to read the Bible because there are four gay couples in the Bible and God was very happy with the four couples.

  10. This again? Another affable hater with a shot at POTUS? Looks like the work of the gay community is never done... Another white, southern Bible-thumper throwing red meat to his base at the expense of gays. Where does this end? Or does it ever?

Where is our "progress" when these folks keep being elevated to presidential hopefuls? There is no easy answer. But I can only think we just need to upping the ante on our struggle, and this means the further mobilization and engagement of the youth vote.

  12. The new musical group "Fuckabee and the Asshats". They should stick to their corn and cows because that's all any of them really know...

  13. I have seen this man lie thru his teeth regarding so many issues especially health care reform. Because we all know the bible clearly tells one to hoard a much $$$ as possible and let the sick and begotten fend for themselves dying in the streets. This sinful glutton is noting more than a carnival snake oil salesman in it for a buck and to promote America's constitutionally established religion - Southern Baptist. Its right there in clause...err... I know its in there somewhere... Huckster..little help here?

  16. Why doesn't Gomer Pyle sacrifice HIS high paying FOX job?

  17. Some of those Christian crew-cut boys are hot! Bet they're doing each other behind their wives' backs. (Just ask Ted Haggard how its done.)
By the way, wonder what inner pain Huckabee's obese son is eating over? What feelings are you stuffing, Mike Jr.?

  18. Trying to outdo the likes of SP and MB by going right to win the nomination will just alienate the whole activist tea-party-libertarian wing of the party that popped up last year. Normally social issues are key when economic times are good, so he's playing in the wrong key for this election. Maybe, like NG, he's not trying to win, but just trying to get attention.

  19. Speaking of the son who tied up and murdered the dog. . .
I was once "friends" with a kid in elementary school whose parents were obese evangelicals who had one of those inflatable pools in the burnt out backyard with the rusty farm equipment-types. He was incredibly violent. Used to catch and kill insects for fun, push kids around for no reason, lock the cats in a closet just so they'd yowl to be let out. . .creepy creepy stuff. His parents were always trying to get me and my mom to come to their bible study group. He's in jail now, surprise surprise.
I'm not saying this ideology provokes this kind of wanton cruelty or anything.. .
Oh wait. God's a tyrannical despot who obsesses over where you put your penis, hates most everyone, and, in order to spare you from eternal hellfire, which he created, requires that you bow down and declare that "He" has "saved" you.
What a lovely view of humans and humanity.

  20. Poor thing..he (and Newt) have gained all that weight...no Prez nom for them, and that's just one of many reasons.

  21. He speaks....and yet he says nothing.

An almighty god can certainly punish me if he wants to -- there's no need for Huckleberry and his warriors to enforce god's laws.

And what is this unhealthy curiosity about my bedroom? It's positively icky!

  22. Fatty.

  23. Hucklebuck has done it again.

First, it is particularly disturbing that he makes the claim that the USA was founded through some divine providence. That's the hook he uses to catch the ignorant. Early settlers, as puritans and supporters of religious states ultimately did not prevail and the founders decided a secular government was best. Yes, you're free to beleive any damn fool thing you want. But you can't govern based on religious beliefs.

Notice also the fire-and-brimstone approach? The emotional appeals to insecurity? Ultimately, his approach and candidacy will fail. Roughly 25-30% of the population will fall for that. The rest, even if they are not vocal supporters of minority rights such as gay rights, are very uncomfortable with having a guy who acts as though he is leading a revival-tent show as president. And he did use the word "revival" in his speechifyin'.

He will lose, but his real agenda has to be attacked over and over in order to make the point to those who may temporarily shut off their critical thinking skills.
