Ann Coulter Won't Say How She Would Feel if Her Child Was Gay

Conservative pundit Ann Coulter was asked by Piers Morgan last night how she would feel if one of her children turned out to be gay.

After a moment of dumbstruck silence, Coulter answers, "How would you react?"

Replies Morgan: "I'd be find with it. Would you?"

Coulter shakes head, "Ok," then finds an answer. "I can't imagine being married."

  1. Well last time I checked gay marriage is still not legal in the whole country, and from what I gather from the conservative right, if this was allowed, then interspecies marriage would be soon to follow, so she knows that horses aren't allowed to marry humans just yet. Good luck in your struggle Ann Coulter!

  2. Ann Coulter does have a child. "His name is Matt Drudge", according to the father Andrew Breitbart.

  5. I agree with Thomasina. The transphobia here is really uncalled-for, as is the misogyny. Ann Coulter has done a crapload of reprehensible things, she has said and written a crapload of reprehensible things, but being a woman is not a reprehensible thing, and if she WAS transgender, her being transgender would not be a reprehensible thing. Bad-mouthing her as a woman or using implications that she is trans as a pejorative is participating in lateral oppression. Kindly knock it off.

  7. This was a shrewd question. If she can't imagine giving birth, maybe it's because she's not biologically female. For all the nasty things that Ann Coulter has ever said about Barack Obama, the one thing she has never touched with a ten-foot pole is his birth certificate and the circumstances of his birth. No wonder. What are the circumstances of Ann Coulter's birth? Born and raised in Connecticut? Born and raised in Georgia? May we have a DNA sample to determine her biological gender, please?

  8. @Sonneillon,

I don't think you'll take offense at the comment I posted. It wasn't transphobic, but merely pointed out her hypocrisy in hiding her status and then making a career out of insulting gay and bisexual men. I think reasonable people would agree that I'm making a fair criticism, and I hope you agree.

  9. @Sonneillon again,

Pointing out Ann's hypocrisy regarding her birth status is no different than criticizing a closeted gay politician who makes a career out of demonizing gay men.

  10. What i feel most, when watching people such as Ann Coulter, Anthony Perkins, Porno Pete and so many others, is the fear of their children growing up in an environment, which their own parents have created; an environment of hate, antipathy, fear and ignorance! How does a child who is trying to "discover" their own identity survive that?

  11. I wouldn't worry about it where that wench is concerned. She's as barren as the too many abortions, I believe.

  12. Thomasina, I would 'like' your post if I could. Seriously, there isn't enough bad about Ann Coulter that we really need to resort to trans-bashing?

  13. I'm sure she'd feel like it needed a little salt and ketchup, then she'd gobble it up.

  15. @Thomasina: You are completely right. And I'd add misogynistic to transphobic.

  16. As a recovering hate addict, I hope we can stop judging people based on their religious orientation. Her feelings are based on her upbringing. Send her a book about Kinsey and Freud and call it a day.

  17. "Don't believe the things you read," Coulter says in the clip."...I write about policy issues; I don't write about me." Fine. I won't believe what they write about you, Ann. But when you talk about policy issues, I won't believe what I read.
