New Footage Shows Aftermath of Flight 93 Crash on 9/11: VIDEO

New video was released over the weekend shot and narrated by a now-deceased witness just outside of Shanksville, Pennsylvania where Flight 93 crashed, killing all aboard.

Mediaite writes: "The short clip features the anonymous videographer’s narration of the events that occurred before he turned on his camera. According to Hendricks, the tape is believed to be the first to show the immediate aftermath of the United Airlines Flight 93 crash, the fourth plane to go down on 9/11 after passengers fought back against the hijackers, preventing them from crashing it into their likely targets, the US Capitol or the White House."

Watch the clip, AFTER THE JUMP...

The Flight 93 crash site has become a pilgrimage for hundreds each day. The memorial that will one day commemorate the victims and heroes of the crash is unfinished. It will be partially open on the 9/11 anniversary.

  1. And we have never forgotten the fact that it was a gay man who led the bid to wrest the aircraft from the hijackers.....one Mark Bingham.

  2. Come on, we all know that we shot it down and made up the story of the passengers taking over and crashing it. There is no way that the American public could emotionally handle the fact that we shot down a plane with so many innocent Americans - even if it was in order to avoid an attack on a more populated target that would have clearly caused greater losses.

  3. Shot down? We have the phone conversations and cockpit recordings of the hijackers that indicate otherwise.

  4. Is it true that the plane was headed to the White House?

  5. Flight 93 was not collateral damage. The closest jets were in Maine and were not scrambled fast enough.

  6. It's interesting to hear the relative calm in the narrator's voice. Not getting panicky, but being more matter-of-fact. His voice almost sounds like Mr. Rogers. He must've already seen a lot in his life.

  7. It is interesting that the videographer alludes to the plane 'having a terrorist bomb' on it ..

There's a lot about that day that may never come out until many many years from now .. but I also believe we shot this plane down on Cheney's order (it was reported in the Commission that a shoot down order had been given - but never did they own up to 93 imho).
