Harry Shum Jr.'s Dancing Machine: VIDEO

Glee's Harry Shum Jr. shows off his top half for Da Man in a new interview about his background, his acting and dancing chops, and the upcoming season:

"There are characters that are going to be dealing with being a senior and the process of dealing with graduation. This season, we are focused on the characters and less about tribute episodes. So far, we’ve shot some great numbers that go really well with the storyline. Wish I could give away more info but I’ve gotten myself in trouble by saying too much before."

  1. I wish I could enjoy Glee this season, but I can't. What I watched so far has been pure, wretched, cringe-worthy story lines, so bad that I deprogrammed the DVR.

I don't get the Sue Sylvester plot at all. I think it is absolutely pointless. Launching a campaign against the arts because of pianos? Oh come on. After the EXCEPTIONAL episode about the death of the characters sister, I would have thought this year would have been about growth and maturity. As for the remainder of the cast, they seem lost; adrift in forced words written on paper. The cohesion felt gone.

On the Sue Sylvester story line, I just can't stomach the underlying hatred built into the character for the sake of only being an overbearing antagonist.

The show has lost it's course.

  4. Well, too late for the video, it's been removed due to "copyright infringement."

  5. So far this season has been SO MUCH BETTER than last season.

The pacing isn't as frenetic, the writing has improved, the characters aren't as annoying and cartoonish, the song choices are better, and it's an overall funnier show now.

I was going to give up on this show after the last few dreadful episodes of last season, that dumb Willy Wonka funeral ep included, but I think the show is getting back on track now.
