I've been a guest in Eric's apartment (the first vid). Its even more impressive in person. A truly fantastic use of such a small space :)

although i enjoy my rural squalor with lots of romping room for myself and my pets, i do appreciate a tiny place intricately put together like a puzzle box that works. and having spent some time in japan, it does inspire that kind of minimalist outlook.

Loved the boys apartment, I could live that way just fine rather than having dust, books, papers and art works pushed around over 2k sq ft of undisciplined space.
And Matt Baum is a total cutie. I love his almost deadpan delivery which is nevertheless lightened by his occasional droll asides and charming professionalism.

OK I get it. Dubai is cool, WAY more than Vegas. I'm gungho to visit. But WTF? When I'm arrested and tortured when I innocently make out with my boyfriend at the site of the uber-romantic Dubai Fountian (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M_GQYI9brGs) ... wouldn't anybody? ... why is Towleroad recommending this? THINK people!

@BG, I got that Dubai is a haunted ghost town, I don't know that he is promoting it.
