Sarah Palin Forgets Rick Santorum Regularly Condemns Gay People

RicksantorumpalinTeam Fox News appears to be lining up behind Rick Santorum ahead of today's Iowa Caucuses.

First head honcho Rupert Murdoch tweeted some love for the former Pennsylvania senator, and now Fox pundit and failed politician Sarah Palin has come out to support Santorum.

Appearing on Fox yesterday, Palin, after being prompted by the host, insisted she respects Santorum because he puts his religion first, but, according to her, not in a "judgmental or condemning way."

"He talked about America's Judeo-Christian foundation, how important it is that we stand strong on it and that we build upon it," she said. "Not in a judgmental, condemning way when it comes to anybody's lifestyle."

Perhaps Palin is thinking of a different Rick Santorum, because I seem to recall the candidate comparing same-sex love with bestiality, consistently using his power to oppress LGBT people and generally being a complete homophobe.

Or maybe she just doesn't know what the word "judgmental" means, which very well may be the case.

Watch Palin praise Santorum, if you dare, AFTER THE JUMP.

  1. Or... Maybe she's simply an idiotic, money-grubbing attention whore who has zero business being on television as anything, much less a political pundit.

  2. Or maybe there's nothing judgmental in following the Bible literally; she and Rick are merely following God's word, so there is no judgment therein, and everything that is God's word must be enacted into law.

  3. ... And, when Santorum is roundly defeated by Mitt Romney, Fox/Palin will have two options: (1) ignore the outcome and insist they were right anyway, or (2) decry the "liberal slander machine" that brought down their hero.

Of course, they won't be able to talk about the fact that even conservative republicans are beginning to tire of the scapegoating hatred spewed by Mr. "Frothy mix."

  4. sarah palin consistently speaks in 'opposite speak'. It's sort of like truth which is the exact opposite of truth. Kind of the exact opposite of anything. I am quite sure she was dropped on her head as a baby, or she has too many additives in her food or something. I think it's a clinical condition. Oliver Sacks is writing his next book about her condition.

  5. Can we please stop giving this woman air time. I know she is someone we love to hate, but that is no reason to continue playing her game and helping her extend her 15 minutes of fame. She has no credibility and there is no longer any reason to pay attention to her. The sooner everyone forgets about her, the better.

  6. Awww, the sweet bond of losers. Since Sarah doesn't blink without it somehow serving her bank account, one can only imagine her sudden love for Frothy Mix is actually a love for Rupert keeping her on his payroll. It's all very, very touching.

When she spouts nonsense (i.e. any time she opens her mouth) like "Not in a judgmental, condemning way when it comes to anybody's lifestyle" you have to think she's secretly impersonating herself impersonating Tiny Fey. As Andrew mentioned, Frothy has compared our "lifestyle" to bestiality and says our marriages are paper towels instead of napkins (whatever that implies) and, just recently, said he'd like to go round the country executing the legal marriages of, say, lesbians who've been together for 40 years. Yep, no judgment there. Just frothy sweetness and light.

May Sarah meet Frothy in that Heaven called Obscurity and stay there.

  7. Whenever I see a pic of Rick S. he looks like the Catholic school boy voted Class Weasel.

Sarah P. looks like the cheer leader who did the Weasel to get out of detention. (Yes, Weasel was a "hall monitor.")

  8. Palin endorsing Santorum is truly slime reaching its lowest level.

  9. it's hard not to negatively judge Republicans when you look at the reality that the leaders of their chosen party represent the absolute scum of America....

  10. same old, same old...

FOX tells them what to think.

FOX tells them to repeat it on-air consistently.

America hears it so many times they believe it to be so...

Viola! The guy never was a homophobe; that's just liberal-slander.

  11. O.K. Rick Santorum condemns perversion & depravity, but Sarah Palin, who probably abhors it also, puts it on the back burner. So what?

  12. She's a national hero and the truth is being buried. Our next election could be as big of a sham as the last. Do you know why Sarah Palin's bus tour was really canceled? Do you know why she stayed 30 miles away from the second debate and chose the death of Steve Jobs to announce that she's not running? Know what leaked out? She's dodging the media now because of this

  13. @Morning Tundra

"But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence" 1 Tim 2:12-14

Let's be clear that if Little Miss Sara wants to follow "God's word" literally, blindly, and resolutely--and be consistent about it--as you suggest--then she really ought to be at home keeping her stupid little mouth shut.

  14. I hope the Repubs are dumb enough to nominate Santorum, nothing will get me nor the rest of the gay community more motivated to re-elect Obama. I am usually not involved in much outside of my little NYC world, ( not a good thing) and this just might be a nice kick in the ass to MAKE sure Obama wins. Mr Obama may not have fulfilled all the things that we wanted, but he has done more for us in the last 4 years than any president in modern history.

  15. Or maybe she just agrees with every f*cking thing he has ever said, so she sees nothing judgmental about it.

  16. You all sure have a lot of hate and judgement in your hearts - bunch of hypocrites

  17. What is wrong with being Judgmental? Looks like your doing a very good job of it on Sarah Palin with this article.

  18. Where is my comment? I'll continue. I find Sarah Palin immensely likable and full of common sense. It is sad that commenters here put their sexual orientation above what is right for the country.

  19. I thought this woman was sacrificed to the volcano there in Alaska..but yet she reappears spewing her diarrhea mouth of nonsense and uneducated philosophy. Sarah go away no one needs you stupidness.

  20. We must draft, nominate and elect Sarah Palin president in the most crushing tidal wave of enthusiastic good judgment ever seen in the history of this nation. With that one bold move we will accomplish the dual goals of seeing America led by the greatest natural born leader in our generation, even as we witness the final implosion and last agonized shrieks of our endlessly lying extreme left loonies. Their entire movement, from the fabricated attacks on Bush beginning with ‘Blood For Oil’ to the crammed-down-our-gullets lies of Obamacare and the Shovel Ready Stimulus, have been nothing but one vile deceit heaped upon another. Such an absolute inability to deal in the truth or to face the facts of our situation and its solutions only proves that there is simply no place at the grown-ups’ table for these diseased sputa. Good riddance to rubes and bad rubbish. Time to usher in the American Renaissance, carried in on the invigoratingly freshening breeze of President Sarah Palin.
