  1. I made it halfway through the trailer. That looks awful.

  3. Tatum is honest. He said he went into stripping because he had no higher education or particular job skills. He's made out pretty good, better than many people who have multiple degrees.

  4. He later moved to Miami, where he was discovered on the street by a model talent scout.[13]

  5. It looks bad. Really REALLY hoping that it's "Showgirls" bad.

  6. What a dispiriting trailer!

The female lead seems to have been given the truly thankless task of being the Jiminy Cricket of the story. I'm sorry to the the first story details make it seem Soderbergh is taking a humorless approach what had seemed up til now like a cute, racy trifle of a premise.

  10. Oh please ! Were you guys expecting "Citizen Kane"?!- it's looks entertaining and mainly an excuse for us to watch the fine Mr Tatum take off his clothes.

  11. To Joey Y:

C'mon! Lighten up. Men love visual (sexual) stimulation. To say otherwise is to deny that we are men. I love the "skin" content on this website... never crude, always classy. And I love seeing naked (or almost naked) men!

  12. "That's a lot of ones."
"There are some fives in there."
    "Any twenties?"
"You don't want to know what I have to do for a twenty."

That's actually pretty funny. Or at least they made it work.

  13. No one here to this point actually saw the movie?

oOuld have been a lot better - will play better in Europe, maybe, or non-english countries.

Kind of a diary-like reality approach to the story, Tatum is charming and funny, Matthew McC is dynamic and sleazy. They dwonplayed the apparently gay nature of McC's character, but it feels like he has more than a business interest in his strippers.

    Some bisexuality (lesbian)

watchable. funny. fellini-esque by way of construction and visualization

and some stupid characters, like the gay, puffy, latino DJ who seems to be there to remind everyone at home that the real men in the story, the good looking ones, all like girls. Because you know, this is what gay guys look and act like. Except maybe the boss, and except maybe the guy that wants to share his wife...
