  1. Gotta love John Stewart. No one could describe what Fox News does and how it does it so succinctly and accurately in such a short bit.

  3. I'm surprised the republicans haven't tried to assassinate him by now. lol

He may be getting older but he's still hot in my book. Cute+smart will always be the formula for sexiness!

  4. "What is wrong with being a socialist?"

Impractical policies and an underlying impetus to eradicate individual identity spring to mind.

  6. This was a really odd segment that took up the entire first half of the Daily Show and basically boiled down to this:

Roger Ailes: Jon Stewart told me he was a socialist.

Jon Stewart: Oh, yeah? Well, Fox News is simply conservative rhetoric disguising itself as news.

Roger Ailes: But you did say you are a socialist?

Jon Stewart: Well, yeah... but here is what I mean by the word "socialist"...

Roger Ailes: But you have identified yourself as a socialist?

    Jon Stewart: Well, yeah.

Not exactly one of the "gotcha" moments we expect from Stewart vs. Fox News.

  7. "Impractical policies and an underlying impetus to eradicate individual identity spring to mind."

Socialism is no more impractical than capitalism - either in their purest form are ridiculous, unachievable ideals. A healthy society requires healthy doses of both.
