Underwear-Clad David Beckham Statues to Take Over U.S.
H&M is launching a British invasion, of underwear-clad David Beckham statues.
Glamour reports:
That's right, lucky New Yorkers, San Franciscans, and Angelenos--your cities will be invaded by metallic replicas of the bronzed Adonis himself starting this Thursday, August 16. And if you snap your photo with the statue and tag it #HMBeckham on Instagram, you could win "one of 100 mini, limited edition David Beckham statues; one of ten pairs of signed David Beckham underwear; and the grand prize which includes $1,000 H&M shopping spree!" [Side note: That mini-statue is worth so much more than a grand to us!].
Bwahaha, was it Chicago that got all the differently-painted bulls? Here in L.A., we got really fab differently-painted angels. I don't think this is going to compare favorably. ;-)

Vanity, thy name is Beckham... Both Mr and Mrs. I don't have his body, obviously, but even if I did, I would be embarassed by how tacky this is. Oh, let's look at the statues... Napoleon, Lincoln, Queen Victoria... Oh, and David Beckham in his underwear. Keep it klassy!

Well...how inaccurate can the statue be?? Beckham wishes he could fill out a pair like that!! Tom C. probably has dozens of these!

The Bulge, anybody's, should be on touchable view everywhere. In bronze they would soon shine brightly, which is right.
