I've innately known this for years, but it's still so hard. The snooze button is so terrible, but feels so good.

i just spent the entire morning being the victim of my partner's snooze addiction...i feel like crap...

Before, when I was in school, I had a normal sleep schedule and always woke up prior to my alarm clock; however, now that I work ridiculously early hours, needing to wake up at 330am, my need for 8 hours of sleep requires me to be in bed by about 7pm!
While I know this video's advice will probably work, sorry, you will not be seeing me go to sleep at 7pm on my days off lol!
What makes things worse is that I have sleep apnea so, sometimes without me even knowing it, my body already wakes up at odd intervals throughout the night. Oh well!
