A look back at today's top stories

As President in 1996, Bill Clinton signed the Defense of Marriage Act into law. Yesterday he announced that he has had a change of heart and called on the Supreme Court to strike the law down. Better late than never. Richard Socarides, who was Clinton's aide in '96, attempts to explain why the former President signed the bill in the first place. And activist David Mixner sat down with MSNBC to discuss what the reversal means and if Clinton is attempting to rewrite history.

It seems Cyndi Lauper clearly did not enjoy her time with "The Donald" on Celebrity Apprentice. She recently told Next magazine that Trump is a homophobe, a racist and owns ugly buildings. No argument here.
