Joe Ehrman-Dupre is currently a student at New York University’s Gallatin School for Individualized Study, where he concentrates in critical non-fiction writing, film and television studies, and sexuality studies. He will graduate in May 2014. A Charlotte, NC native, Joe is just as happy to dispel nasty rumors about the South as he is to poke fun at his sweet tea drinking origins. Joe’s interests include attending as much theater as possible, avidly following television and film awards seasons, dog watching in New York City parks, traveling, and, of course, reading (and now writing) for Towleroad. Joe has plans to work in the LGBT media post-graduation, and most recently he had an internship at Gay City News in New York.
