At the moment, Hurricane Rita is rocking the Florida Keys but experts are saying it may jog a bit further away from Key West. The storm surge has already flooded parts of U.S. 1 so further evacuation would be a problem at this point for those left. Tens of thousands have already left the southernmost point.
