On Tuesday, I posted the story of Bradford Wells and Australian Anthony John Makk, who have lived together for 19 years and were married seven years ago in Massachusetts. The couple has lost their battle with U.S. immigration and DOMA, and Makk has reportedly received a denial of his request for permanent residency and has been ordered to depart the U.S. by August 25.
CNN talked to the couple about their relationship and the position they are in.
