British actor and soon-to-be Cucumber star Freddie Fox stripped down to his skivvies to take the ALS ice bucket challenge, making sure to also nominate Cucumber's creator, Russell T. Davies (who also created the original Queer as Folk). Davies' latest TV endeavor follows a 46-year old man (Vincent Franklin) going through a break-up who then falls for a younger man, played by Fox. Fox also appears in the film Pride, which follows the unlikely friendship formed between miners and LGBT activists during the 1984 mineworkers strike in Britain.
