Actor Ryan Guzman is getting naked in a sexy center-fold for this month's Cosmopolitan UK to raise money and awareness for Cancer Research UK. The Boy Next Door said that cancer research is a cause close to his heart: "I lost my grandfather to cancer when I was 13. It's very serious; it's affected my life and I will do everything I can to back Cancer Research."
As for his sick physique? Guzman comments, "I try to be healthy as possible in life generally, but man I do have a real sweet tooth… I'm a sucker for a Snickers!"
