Speaking on Ohio Christian University's Faith & Liberty radio show last week, Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) once again trotted out the ridiculous claim that Christians in America are being persecuted, reports Right Wing Watch.
Put-upon Gohmert said that because it is “politically correct to persecute” Christians, the U.S. will not “continue to see the blessings” of the past.
Gohmert – who appears in a religious documentary detailing this supposed persecution – also agreed with host Dave Garrison that gay people have become the “intolerant” ones attacking Christians “for believing what Moses said” about marriage.
