Killer Mike, the outspoken Run the Jewels rapper, Bernie Sanders supporter and social activist who “came under fire last week for relating the story of a woman who said women shouldn't vote for Hillary Clinton just because she has a uterus,” took to Twitter last night and apologized for his past use of gay slurs.
Said Mike: “Yrs ago I like a dumb Hetero guy said “fag”. Today I no longer use that stupid word. I am sorry to all my gay brothers and sisters…Today I know better and I do better. My fans know this already but that's for all who my not have witnessed my growth. Love & respect.”
