Michael Avenatti has released an explosive declaration from his client Julie Swetnick, who said she was “gang” raped at a party where Brett Kavanaugh was present.
Swetnick, a former U.S. Treasury Dept. employee, said that she has known Kavanaugh and his friend Mark Judge since the early ’80s and says she attended “well over” 10 house parties where the two were present and witnessed them sexually assault them and “demean” and “humiliate them.” She said she was also aware of efforts by Kavanaugh and Judge to “spike” the punch at parties in order to take advantage of women who were there.
Swetnick also alleges she saw the behavior occur during something called “Beach Week” in Ocean City, Maryland. In a calendar submitted by Kavanaugh’s team as evidence, there is a “Beach Week” clearly marked.
Said Swetnick in the affadavit: “I have a firm recollection of seeing boys lined up outside rooms at many of these parties waiting for their ‘turn’ with a girl inside the room. These boys included Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh…I became the victim of one of these ‘gang’ or ‘train’ rapes where Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh were present.”

Below is my correspondence to Mr. Davis of moments ago, together with a sworn declaration from my client. We demand an immediate FBI investigation into the allegations. Under no circumstances should Brett Kavanaugh be confirmed absent a full and complete investigation. pic.twitter.com/QHbHBbbfbE
