Blending matchmaking, resource management and sprawling Medieval kingdoms together, Ishtar Games' “Lakeburg Legacies” places players in control of building out their own worlds without the pesky drawbacks of historical accuracy. Players can play Cupid with characters, including same-sex couples, to have children and build generational legacies within the game's world.

This tale of a small nonbinary frog named Chorus taking on a large adventure of self-discovery comes by way of nonbinary developer Brandon Braun. “Frogsong” is all about finding your place in the world and pushing back on what society believes you should be. Also, that frog got a sword.

While a queer connection hasn't been explicitly confirmed, “She Dreams Elsewhere” exudes heavy rainbow vibes. The dreamy, somewhat horroresque RPG touts itself as a story about self-identity as players lead Thalia through her nightmares as she lies in a coma. Studio Zevere's title bleeds queer color palates as players toil with themes of mental health and intersocial struggles.
Tiny Tina's Wonderlands
Gearbox Software's “Borderlands” series is getting its own high-fantasy spinoff title, and fan-favorite LGBTQ character Tiny Tina is getting top billing. Derived from the developers' love of tabletop RPGs, “Tiny Tina's Wonderlands” takes the over-the-top shooter and infuses it with some “Dungeons & Dragons” juice.
