Groundhog Predicts Early Spring at Gobbler's Knob

Punxsutawney Phil affirmed scientific studies that show the Earth is warming rapidly. The groundog did not see his shadow this morning when they pulled him from his hole at Gobbler's Knob, paving the way for an early spring.

General Lee here in GA didn't see his shadow either. I'm ready for spring although it wasn't much of a winter here.

It's been so long since I lived in Delaware as an elementary schoolkid, but for the life of me, no matter how many times I remember seeing or hearing about the groundhog seeing or not seeing its shadow in Pennsylvania (why were THEY so lucky? OH, that's right, all the Germans...it's a German thing, right?), I SWEAR I never remember the name Gobbler's...*ahem*...KNOB!
BAAAAAAAAHAHHA! OMG. I'm so juvenile. AAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

I'm not surprised, with the global climate changes and recent environmental studies, pretty soon we'll be coaxing out a crispy groundhog from all the "winter heat".
