Gayporntwins_3road.jpg Mother of twin gay porn bandits arrested for serving as their getaway driver: "Towana Goffney, the mother of 25-year-old twins Taleon and Keyontyli Goffney, was arrested late Wednesday night in Philadelphia. Her sons, Taleon and Keyontyli were linked to nearly 40 break-ins. Cameras were rolling as the men were led away in handcuffs and it turned out, this was not the first time the pair was in the spotlight. According to internet gossip sites, the brothers are gay porn stars. Now the family has the arrest of the matriarch to add to their rap sheet and online profiles."

road.jpg McCain won't be fighting party platform on gays: "McCain associates told The Washington Times that his operatives are not going to work behind the scenes to eliminate the party's calls for constitutional bans on abortion and homosexual marriage before the GOP convention in September."

road.jpg Obama says he would hire Al Gore: "Not only will I, but I will make a commitment that Al Gore will be at the table and play a central part in us figuring out how we solve this problem. It is something we have to deal with now, not 10 years from now, not 20 years from now."

  1. Once again, ignorance is perpetuated by headline writers who haven't actually read or understood the article. This one explicitly states:

"On the other hand, no clear evidence exists of a lack of benefit. 'There is simply a lack of evidence in general', [the researchers] explain."

So the word "proven" should definitely have been inserted between "no" and "benefit": "no proven benefit."

Having just suffered through my second excrutiatingly painful kidney stone attack, I urge people to err on the side of drinking as many fluids during the day as possible.

  2. Porno Twins:

There are so many dramatic possibilities here, I don't know where to begin. But this story has to be told on film!

Perhaps in the style of that creepy British film from the 80's about the identical twin sisters from Barbados called The Silent Twins.

  3. I agree with Kippers. I've long drank a ton of water, probably more than eight glasses a day (to the point that people comment on it), and I've found immense benefits over the years. It definitely flushes out my system and helps my skin stay clear. And yes, the headline was misleading.

As was the article---I've seen many studies on the benefits of drinking water. To claim that it's a myth without any studies backing it is ridiculous. At the very least, it certainly helps if you've also been drinking alcohol (duh).

As for the most eligible bachelor contest, I considered attending---but they held it at a straight bar downtown. SF's downtown is dead at night, and holding it at a straight bar was dumb. Not to mention, the prize isn't all that alluring: who wants $10K worth of online dating advice?? I can't wait until they hold the contests in places like Wyoming. They should get a HUGE turnout...

  4. Kippers is right. There are many studies that show the benefits of good systemic hydration, which include everything from improved oral hygiene to better kidney function to enhanced vocal quality.

The hydration requirements for an adult person differ depending on that person's height, weight, medical status, activity level, dietary content, and a whole host of other things. The fact that no studies have shown that "everyone needs to have eight 8-ounce glasses of water every day" does not mean that systemic hydration isn't important. It is. But over-indulging in water is bad for you too, from a cardiac, gastrointestinal, and renal standpoint. As with all things, moderation is key.

Many studies have shown that the medical information featured in the media is sub-optimal at best. Don't take my word for it either. If you have any questions about hydration (or any other medical issue), be sure to consult your doctor.

  5. I'm gay and living in China at the moment. Overall I find the culture definitely below the few major US cities with a thriving gay scene, but on the other hand it's far better than the intolerant Bible Belt where I grew up. People are pretty ignorant, but they don't base there beliefs in a deepseated religious value system and are therefore almost always more open to discussion should you confront them with it. A standard conversation might go something like, "I think homosexuality is weird and wrong." -"Oh really, but what if the two men really love each other and are in a committed relationship?" -"Oh well I guess that would be okay then now that you mention it...." Yes, it really is that weird here.

  6. Gay Bar In Strabane:

Believe me if they can open a gay bar in Strabane then there is nothing - nothing - in this world that can not be achieved.

    Maud bless 'em.

  7. Great idea, BANJIBOI. But who can we get to play the gay porn twins? Vin Diesel & Lenny Kravitz? Yeah, then we could guarantee an interracial cast(Hollywood won't do it without some white folks). And Madonna could play their mother!

We already have the movie's title "Gay Porn Twins from the City of Brotherly Love"

  8. DERRICK,

Perhaps Jeffrey Wright in a dual role tour-de-force? He's got that light-skinned brotha look on lock, which should appease Marketing. As for Madonna, yes, yes. If we could get her to reprise her whiny character from Swept Away, we're all but assured camp classic status.

Hmmm, maybe Mariah as a babbling fag hag? Dunno, that might be pushing it. But the backstage gossip from the set would be priceless!

  9. Derrick hon, the white folks will be the victims of course!

    Posted by: crispy | Apr 3, 2008 4:37:41 PM

  10. CRISPY,

Only the gay white folks, hon. But we'll make the police officer who catches them a white woman--gay, of course. I like them. White lesbians make me feel safe.

    BANJIBOI,
Jeffrey Wright is a great actor(totally under recognized), but of course I was thinking about the justification for using Diesel & Kravitz in partial nude scenes...never seen Jeffrey Wright naked.

Oh, Crispy. YOu know what? One could mistake your posting name as a racial insult, or simply a proud dark-skinned regular on Towleroad.

Wonder what JOHNNY LANE has to say on it? He's an important voice....

  11. Or just someone who lives in the desert. :)

  12. DERRICK,

You are so right. I was thinking about Jeffrey using the Method and bulking up for the role. Plus he has the chops bring the required creep factor.

But alas, I do concur - a Kravitz/Diesel combo (supersize me, please) would be tasty.....Do fries go with that shake?

  14. CRISPY & BANJIBOI,

I feel :) now. No need for booze till the weekend...although I did steal a bottle of wine out of our department chair's office yesterday. Amd, damn, CRISPY, she's white too...A VICTIM of black queen crime!

  15. TWINS:

Any links to the twins work? And I'm not talking about the robberies! I can't find it anywhere?

  17. the idea of the movie is certainly intriguing. however, the beautiful boys are identical twins. it would be no small feat for the casting director to find identical, 25ish, hawwwt black men who wouldn't mind not only fucking and sucking other guys, but each other as well. the thought does make my knees buckle, though.

for more exploits, adventures and derring-do of the 'twisted twins," check out:

for sexy, but not dirty modeling pix of keyontyli go to:

as far as seeing twin on twin action, i went to blackmen.net and ebonyd.com, but you will have to pay to see it. i had hoped they would have at least a teaser of a trailer. no such luck.

    well, if anyone finds freebies....

these guys are destined to become gay folk heroes.

  18. NIC,

Actually, when I suggested that one actor could portray the twins, I was referring to the BBC movie The Silent Twins, in which the roles of the twins were played by one actress.

If you could track this movie down, I assure you it will haunt your dreams for years to come!

****Meanwhile, reaching for MC to pay to see summa that twin-on-twin action********
